Resource Center: Your Online Library

Submitted on Brief , November 25, 2022

This site is a demo for Matrushka Blueprint

It has a great editor experience, comes with a powerful blog and a resource center. It's mobile-friendly, accessible, multilingual, and fast by default.

We use Blueprint at Matrushka to help busy communicators in Human Rights and Sustainability nonprofits to save time and effort in getting their message out and having a positive impact.

What is the Blueprint Resource Center?

The Resource Center is a feature of Blueprint that allows you to store, categorize and group any kinds of files you want to publish. Depending on your case, these files may be PDF documents or eBooks, images, press kits, raw data, GIS data or something else entirely.

Resource Collections

The resources that make a collection are manually selected by you so that they can serve a particular purpose for your organization.  You may gather them by date, by an event where these resources were created, by an author or any other categorization you may think of.

Look! This is an embedded collection:

Engaging Resources

Resources are more than a bunch of files: they have the same editor experience all contents in Blueprint have and can be as varied and rich as any page.

Tagging

By default, the resource center allows you to tag by resource type and topic. You may need additional tagging  from specific vocabularies that are relevant from your audiences: SDGs, Regions, HRC meetings, UN Climate Change Conference number or other specific topic domains. We can easily add those so your visitors can find the thing they are looking for.

The topic tags are shared with the blog and you can link directly to a list of contents for a given tag. This makes it very easy to point your visitors to specific collections. For example, you can link to all the posts and resources related to Climate Change.

Feature Anywhere

Your team has worked hard in producing the resources you put in the resource center. It's easy to highlight them by embedding in blog posts or in pages.

Want everyone to see the new annual report or the resources collection you put together on stopping gender-based violence? Easy! Just embed them in your homepage — or any other page.

Full Search

Your resources are searchable from the Resource Center section and also through the site-wide search. This makes it easier for your visitors to discover the content they care about.

Wouldn’t it be great if your new website was ready to use in three weeks and was just what you needed?
